eros the bittersweet

fate

light is clearest
in the darkness
and after
the havoc my
heart shall
endure
for pain feeds
its memory
of wonder,
not of desolation
and at last
i will find
again
the voice of my
faith
and the fate
of this poet
be written and
drawn on pages
meant for you.

and the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.
